IT Support Desk Technician - English Fluent - Remote in MX

  • Must be English fluent (C2)
  • Must be able to work during US Pacific time zone hours

The IT Specialist is a key member of the Inviso IT team. We are looking for a highly organized individual with the drive to use technical skills while providing superb customer support. The position will serve as the primary resource for mid-level global end-user support, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-moving environment, including triaging and prioritizing issues and incidents while maintaining strong and professional customer service.

Key Activities:

  • Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 and related services for staff
  • Deploying and provisioning new users and equipment
  • Assisting users with day-to-day account administration (lockouts, password resets, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, security)
  • Monitoring and updating hardware inventory
  • Providing end-user training
  • Understanding and prioritizing Inviso Service Center tickets
  • Performing new VM and test server deployments
  • Contacting and working cooperatively and professionally with external third-party vendors as needed
  • Assisting with testing new and/or updated technologies
  • Assisting with development and updates of technical and support documentation
  • Advising and assisting with specialized technical projects and internal audits

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online)
  • Experience with Windows 11 in a Hybrid Identity environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including appropriate and professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop computer/IT skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with a commercial ticketing system (Freshservice, TrackIT, or Service Manager)
  • A+, Network+, Security+, MCP, or similar certifications
  • Knowledge and experience working with Intune and Azure
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 audit and controls, SecOps, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel
