Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our creative marketing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects such as PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, brand themes, campaign materials and video production.
You will serve as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, vendors, and the creative team—balancing strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. In this role, you’ll help bring ideas to life across a variety of formats, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track progress across multiple marketing and creative projects, from kickoff to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Use project management tools to monitor progress, resources, and deliverables.
- Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings, driving clear communication across all stakeholders through structured agendas and recaps.
- Partner closely with producers, editors, and designers to oversee video projects¾ concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shoots, editing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to deliver high-quality creative content such as PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets.
- Drive consistency across brand themes, visual identity, and campaign deliverables.
- Quality Control & Delivery:
- Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment with client expectations.
- Manage revisions and coordinate final approvals for seamless handoffs.
- Maintain organized documentation and project files.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of project management experience in marketing, creative services, or related field.
- Proven success managing both creative content development projects and video production.
- Ability to think strategically while keeping on top of the little details.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with creative processes including presentation design, video editing, and brand development.
- Bonus: Agency experience or exposure to B2B marketing environments.

Salary & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to 70,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business.
