Inviso engages closely with Microsoft to identify and accelerate sales opportunities tied to Microsoft Azure, AI, migration, and data/application modernization across industries by bringing together an understanding of customer priorities, challenges and ways to overcome them. These pillars help Microsoft support their customers in effectively and efficiently adopting new technologies, empowering customers and their users.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with PM skills to join our team. This role is vital in managing smooth and impactful execution of both internal and customer-facing processes by ensuring clear communication among internal teams and stakeholders and thoroughly monitoring KPIs and action items.

The Operations Specialist will work across internal business processes—such as reviewing timecards, preparing newsletters, and coordinating invoicing—and a set of customer-facing tasks, including tracking the impact of delivered services and diligently following up on action items agreed upon during customer workshops. By balancing these dual responsibilities, the Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting both the internal workflow and the successful execution of customer engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, advanced organizational skills, and proven experience managing multiple ongoing projects. Success in this position requires the ability to clearly communicate across teams, monitor key performance indicators, and coordinate action items to completion. Working closely with cross-functional groups, you will support operational excellence, and empower stakeholders to achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational requests in a timely and organized manner and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service.
  • Manage mailbox communications and reporting activity.
  • Document, update, and maintain business process flows, action plans, and requirements.
  • Create and send reports to management.
  • Ensure the timely completion of agreed action items, keeping stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
  • Work with Program Lead to report on risks, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations Specialist role or similar.
  • Fluent professional English. Additional language skills are a plus, but most work will be performed in the English language, regardless of location.
  • Strong process focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills adaptable to a variety of scenarios.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and capability in the use of Power BI to view data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to a business-oriented audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on quality and independent judgement to achieve objectives.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) within a Managed Service.
