Solution Assessment Consultant – ANZ (Philippines-based)
Inviso is expanding our Solution Assessment team and looking for technically strong consultants to support ANZ customers across infrastructure and security transformation initiatives.
This is a customer-facing role, aligned to AEST/AEDT hours, with full ownership of delivering Microsoft Solution Assessments end-to-end.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Solution Assessments across ANZ customers
- Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Run discovery, data collection, and analysis using leading Microsoft and partner tools
- Develop structured reports and recommendations
- Progress to presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior IT leadership
- Manage multiple concurrent assessments in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong coordination with Microsoft and partner stakeholders
- Own your pipeline and ensure consistent progress across engagements

- Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT)

What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure, cloud, or security roles
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to analyse environments and produce actionable recommendations
- Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects in parallel
- Exposure to customer-facing work is beneficial — we prioritise technical-first candidates who want to grow into consulting roles
- Confident (or developing confidence) in presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
How you’ll succeed
- Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights aligned to Microsoft standards
- Manage a pipeline of concurrent assessments from initiation through completion
- Maintain strong customer communication across all engagement stages
- Demonstrate excellent email and CRM hygiene — this is a strict requirement
Onboarding & development
- Structured onboarding and shadowing period of ~2 months
- Gradual transition to leading customer engagements independently
- Ongoing coaching to build presentation, stakeholder, and consulting skills
- Work closely with senior team members and ANZ stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous development
