Solution Assessment Consultant - Copilot

We’re hiring: Solution Assessment Consultant – ANZ (Copilot Focus, Philippines-based)

Inviso is expanding our Solution Assessment team to support growing demand across ANZ for Microsoft Copilot adoption. We are looking for consultants with strong training and facilitation experience to deliver high-impact Copilot sessions to customers at scale.

This is a customer-facing role, aligned to AEST/AEDT hours, focused on delivering structured, repeatable training that drives real-world usage of Microsoft Copilot across organisations.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver structured Copilot training sessions to ANZ customers (10–20 sessions per month)
  • Run engaging, webinar-style workshops via Microsoft Teams with live demonstrations and interactive Q&A
  • Translate Copilot capabilities into practical, real-world business scenarios
  • Guide end users and business stakeholders on how to effectively use Copilot in daily workflows
  • Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagement motions to drive adoption and outcomes
  • Work closely with ANZ Solution Assessment Managers to align sessions with customer needs
  • Continuously refine delivery based on feedback and evolving program content

What you’ll be delivering

Interactive training sessions designed to drive adoption and capability uplift, including:

  • Fundamentals of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including access, Enterprise Data Protection, and prompting guidance
  • Real-world scenarios across Microsoft 365 apps, demonstrating how Copilot can be applied in day-to-day work
  • Live demonstrations, hands-on examples, and interactive engagement with participants

Sessions are delivered in a structured format covering:

  • Core Copilot capabilities and prompting techniques
  • Application across Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Practical use cases for business users

Advanced areas (for selected customers) may include:

  • Applying Copilot to productivity scenarios using agents and automation
  • Introduction to building and scaling solutions
  • Understanding governance and lifecycle considerations for AI adoption

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in training, enablement, or customer-facing consulting roles
  • Proven experience delivering workshops or structured training sessions to business audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — critical requirement
  • Ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot scenarios
  • Interest in emerging Copilot capabilities, including agents, automation, and evolving AI use cases

  • Help customers understand how to apply Copilot to real business scenarios
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination across stakeholders
  • Support Microsoft and partner teams in driving adoption and business outcomes
  • Build confidence and consistency in delivering sessions across a high-volume schedule
